Important: The following terms and conditions set out the basis upon which we deal with your booking. Please read them carefully, as they set out our respective rights and obligations, and in particular, note that:

• We, Scenic Tours (UK) Ltd, 4 Piccadilly Place, Manchester, UK, M1 3BN, company number 05770868, are responsible for the performance of your holiday contract subject to your chosen products full booking conditions;
• We are a member of ABTA (numbers Y6328) which means you have the benefit of ABTA’s assistance and Code of Conduct;
• If, for any reason, you cancel your holiday, cancellation charges will apply and may be up to 100% of the booking cost, details of which will be in the relevant terms and conditions;
• You may make amendments to your booking but there will be a charge for this, as set out in the relevant terms and conditions;
• You should take out travel insurance that is appropriate to your needs;
• Details of the passport, visa, or mandatory health requirements applicable to your holiday can be found in the relevant products terms and conditions, but may be subject to change with little or no notice. You are responsible for ensuring that you comply with any such requirements, and we recommend that you check the up-to-date position in good time and at regular intervals before your departure. For the latest travel advice from the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, including security and local laws, plus passport and visa information, check: www.gov.uk/travelaware;
• Scenic Tours Europe Limited provides financial security as required by The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 for package holidays; If your booking includes flights these will be financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed. You will be provided with information on the protection that applies in the case of each holiday and travel service offered before you make your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. Please see our booking conditions for information, or for more information about financial protection and the ATOL Certificate go to: www.caa.co.uk;
• If your booking does not include flights you are protected via IPP; 
• If you have any complaints about the service we provide as an agent, please contact us within 28 days of the act or omission giving rise to any such complaint. You can use ABTA’s approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) if you have a complaint that isn’t resolved. For details go to: www.abta.com. For all complaints relating to your chosen holiday arrangements please follow the procedure set out in the relevant booking conditions.

All Offer Terms and Conditions

All our holidays are subject to availability and are valid for new bookings only made between 18th and 30th April 2024. All prices are based on two people sharing our lowest priced available cabin and include any relevant discounts. Discounts apply to the cruise element only and are not applicable to port taxes, flights or hotel stays. Supplements apply for single travellers, upgraded cabins and other departure dates. Our offers are not combinable, and we reserve the right to withdraw our offers at any time. Our itineraries, hotels, dates, and inclusions are subject to change. International flights are not included as standard as part of your cruise fare, however are available at an additional cost or as a flight credit included as part of our offers. Airport transfers are only available on the first and last day of your journey and at times we designate. Flights may not be a direct service and flights are up to a credit amount of £500pp. If the required air fare exceeds the set credit amount, additional charges will apply. All offers are valid for new bookings only. Savings of up to 25% apply to Southeast Asia river cruises.

Best Available Fare: Must be paid in full 10 months prior to departure, or at the time of booking if less than 10 months prior to departure.

Save up to 30% is available on new bookings only. Flights may not be a direct service and flights are up to a credit amount of £1,200pp and is dependent on itinerary, cabin category and departure date booked. If the required air fare exceeds the set credit amount, additional charges will apply. Included Drinks applies to on board drinks only and excludes wines from the Chairman’s Wine List.

Mediterranean & Adriatic Sea offer:
Save up to 15% is available on new bookings only. Flights may not be a direct service and flights are up to a credit amount of £500pp and is dependent on itinerary, cabin category and departure date booked. If the required air fare exceeds the set credit amount, additional charges will apply. Included Drinks applies to on board drinks only and excludes wines from the Chairman’s Wine List.

October 2024-2026 Luxury yacht cruise offer

All offers are valid for new bookings only. Savings of up to 30% apply to 2024-2026 luxury yacht cruises. Free drinks applies to on board drinks only and excludes wines from the Chairman’s Wine List.
